Bye Bye Yves Saint Laurent

YSL’s Big Name Change. New creative director of Yves Saint Laurent, Hedi Slimane, plans to revamp the brand and take it in a more modern direction. First ahead is a major name change. Yves Saint Laurent will now be rebranded as Saint Laurent Paris, according to WWD. The iconic YSL logo will still be used for shoes, campaigns and makeup cases though. The name switch will officially be in effect once Slimane’s spring 2013 collection hits stores.
